What is the Principals' Leadership Program?
The Principals' Leadership Program is designed to support school principals with effective leadership practices, strategic management skills, and vision-building techniques. Principals learn how to create positive school cultures, manage resources efficiently, and drive educational excellence in their institutions.
What is the Speaking for Success Program?
Our Speaking for Success Program is a Train the Trainer course. We train teachers to teach Impromptu speaking skills to their students. The purpose is to develop students' speaking skills and to increase their self-confidence, both of which are essential for their future career success.
What is the Skills for Life Program?
The Skills for Life Program is a one and half hour seminar. It teaches critical thinking and problem-solving skills to students from grade 9 to 13. This seminar prepare students not just for exams, but for real-world challenges and future success.
Are the programs free of charge?
Yes! All our programs are completely free for participants. Project Transform is funded internally and by sponsors who believe in our vision of transforming education in Sri Lanka. We believe that everyone must have access to a quality education.
